By now, you may be completely overwhelmed by COVID-19 news and tempted to shut yourself off from it altogether. I get it. It can sometimes be too much for any of us (including those of us who work in healthcare) to bear. As I have shared in the past, it is perfectly reasonable to monitor your news intake for the sake of your mental and emotional health, too. While there is a lot to rock our spirits right now, I want to stress that we cannot lose hope and that there is some to be found even today. I share a few of my thoughts in today's video blog in anticipation of tomorrow's live TO YOUR HEALTH WITH DR. G™ episode.
